Christopher “Holby” Holbrook – Program Director, 13U Head Coach Arsenal Baseball Club
Coach Holby is a Sausalito native and Tamalpais High School graduate who went on to play baseball and football at College of Marin before continuing his baseball career internationally in Italy and Australia.
Holby has coached baseball and football at Tamalpais High School, including serving as pitching coach for the 2014 NCS Championship baseball team. He currently serves as the Executive Director of the Southern Marin Youth Development Academy and Director of Baseball for Arsenal Baseball Club, where he is dedicated to developing young athletes both on and off the field.
Tony Bellisimo – Hitting Coach
Coach Tony is one of Northern California’s most respected hitting instructors, with decades of experience developing players from youth baseball through the collegiate level. A former player at Tamalpais High School and USC, Coach Tony spent 27 years coaching at Tamalpais, helping build multiple championship teams and a Division II State Team of the Year program.
Known for his ability to develop efficient, repeatable swings and complete hitters, Coach Tony has helped more than 100 players advance to college baseball, including over 30 at the Division I level. He currently serves as the hitting instructor at College of Marin, where the program has broken multiple school hitting records and set the California junior college single-season home run record.
Brian Williams – Hitting / Infield Coach, 14U Head Coach Arsenal Baseball Club
Coach B’s passion and hard work for the game carried him through Division I college baseball, the MLB Draft, and five seasons of minor league baseball before evolving into a lifelong commitment to empowering young athletes.
His coaching résumé includes serving as a Player Development Coach for the Oakland A’s, specializing in base running and outfield play at Contra Costa Community College, and coaching roles as JV Head Coach at University High School (San Francisco), Pinole High School, Sacred Heart Cathedral High School, and Maccabi Sports Camp. He is the current 14U head coach for the Arsenal Baseball Program.
Kyle Hanson – Pitching Coach
Coach Kyle is a graduate of St. John’s University where he was a key contributor to three consecutive regional teams and one super regional team. He earned recognition as a Freshman All-American and was a three-time All-Big East selection. In 2012, Kyle was drafted by the Chicago White Sox in the sixth round of the Major League Baseball Draft. He went on to play five seasons in the White Sox farm system, advancing as high as Double-A, before competing for four additional seasons in independent baseball.
Since retiring from professional baseball in 2019, Kyle has served as the pitching coach at Tamalpais High School and the Arsenal Baseball Program. Over the past seven seasons, he has helped develop more than 20 players who have gone on to compete at the collegiate level.

Tucker Bougie – Hitting / Pitching / Infield Coach
Coach Tucker Bougie is a Mill Valley native who played his youth baseball in MVLL before starring at Tamalpais High School and continuing his career as a four-year varsity player at the University of California, Berkeley.
Tucker currently serves as a varsity assistant coach at Tamalpais High School and coaches the 14U Arsenal Baseball team in Mill Valley. Passionate about player development and mentorship, he takes pride in building strong relationships with athletes while teaching the game at a high level.
His playing honors at Tamalpais include Marin County Athletic League Player of the Year, Bay Area Pitcher of the Year, and Cal-Hi Sports Medium Schools State Player of the Year.
